What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at promptly at 2:00pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait outside until the ceremony is finished.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and budget, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you RSVP no later than NOVEMBER 15TH, 2025. Any RSVP sent after will unfortunately be declined.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors/ venue an exact headcount by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible! Please RSVP no later than NOVEMBER 15TH 2025. Any RSVP received after this date will be an automic decline and we will not be able to accommodate seating for you.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail / Semi Formal attire for our wedding.

Is there parking?

Answer

There are two available parking lots across the street from the venue. The across the street from the venue at 34240 Via Santa Rosa, Dana Point, CA 92624 and the office building parking lot at 34239 Camino Capistrano, Capistrano Beach. Please do not park in alley way.

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

Stonefire Grill, Buffet style. BBQ Tri-Tip, Lemon Garlic Chicken, Cesar Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Alfredo pasta Tomesto Pasta, & breadsticks. There will also be hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. We will accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions to the best of our abilities. Please notate during the RSVP process.

Yes! Feel free to bring cash to tip our amazing friends who will be bartending our event as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and there will be some outdoor seating as well.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Dana Point, January weather is typically mild and moderately chilly, with daytime temperatures in the mid-60s and nighttime temperatures dropping into the 50s. We will have heaters and fire pits available for anyone looking to sit outside.

We kindly ask that any gifts be shipped to address on registry / return address on invite to be sent to in laws as we have been having mail issues.
