What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the day is "Sunday Best". Please note that the temperatures in Vienna during December can range greatly. Be prepared to check the weather and pack layers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony no later than 10:45 AM. This ensures a prompt start time and limits interruptions.

Are kids welcome?

While we love you and your little ones, we would like to give parents a chance to celebrate without the responsibility of parenting.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony. There will be limited parking for the reception under the restaurant and on the street. It might be helpful to carpool with family and friends.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday 11/9/2024. This gives us time to update any logistical needs for the big day!

Can I bring a guest or plus one?

Answer

Your invitation was addressed to the guest(s) we want to celebrate with on our special day. If you are still unsure, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Will there be food and/or alcoholic beverages?

Answer

We will be serving guests with lunch, beer, and wine at the reception. While we are not providing additional alcoholic beverages, the restaurant will have a full cash bar. We encourage guests to bring cash to purchase their drinks of choice or to tip the waitstaff.

When do I need to book accommodations?

Answer

Please be sure to book your hotel room through Hilton Garden Inn no later than Monday, November 25th. Other accommodations should be booked using your best judgment.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation for the day. However, we highly encourage carpooling with friends and family!
