We met at a wedding, Anna asked me to dance I told her I did not know how to dance. She stared up at me with her beautiful brown eyes and said "I will teach you how to dance". I got her phone number and called her the next day, we made a lunch date for the following Sunday...I nervously asked her if she would want to go riding afterward she agreed. Our first date was lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Versailles MO followed by an afternoon of riding at LOTO off road park.

I had plans on proposing at Anna's granddaughter's recital with her family in attendance. She was not able to get off work so she derailed my plan. When we got home from work that evening I decided to propose in the bedroom, when she turned around I was on one knee with her ring in hand. She cried a bit before saying YES!
