Where should we stay?

We have a large room block at the Double Tree in Andover, which is a 20 minute drive from the venue. We have options for Friday and Saturday night. Use the following link or call 978-975-3600 and ask for the "Deacon O'Callaghan Wedding Room Block" https://group.doubletree.com/sohbdj

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2026. (*RSVP's will be open after invitations are sent!*)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Please indicate in your RSVP if you will be taking the provided transportation so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes—your date is invited. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re keeping the guest list limited to those we know personally. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. Our hope is that this gives everyone a chance to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy a night out with us. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 5:15pm!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal. The groom will be wearing a suit (not a tux), so tuxedos are not required. We encourage guests to dress up—think suits and ties for men, and long dresses or elevated evening wear for women. Just come looking sharp and ready to celebrate!

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available at The Stevens Estate. If you leave your car, the venue has asked that you come pick it up at your earliest convenience on Sunday, October 18th.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are both outside! The ceremony will be uncovered and the reception will be under a large tent. In the event of rain, both events will be under the tent. The Stevens Estate mansion will be available for guests as well from 5:30pm-11pm (find the bathrooms inside!).

What is the bus schedule?
Answer
We will be providing transportation. Please be at the bus no later than 4:40pm, wheels up at 4:45pm. If you miss the bus, Uber and Lyft are available in the area. At the end of the night, there will be two shuttles back to the hotel. The first (one bus only) leaves at 10pm sharp, the second (two buses) leave at 11:15pm.
