Question

Will kids be invited?

Answer

We’re planning for a mostly adults-only celebration, with a few exceptions for immediate family. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!

Question

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be picking up guests at SpringHill Suites in Fishkill to take everyone to The Grandview. Time to be determined! If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, you’re welcome to drive to SpringHill Suites and hop on the shuttle from there. Parking is available at the hotel.

Question

I’m having trouble booking the hotel — what should I do?

If you run into any issues booking at two hotels listed, please text Alyssa at 631-384-9607 or Kevin at 631-871-2192 and we will contact the hotel to help get it sorted.

Question

We’re looking to explore the area further—anything else fun to do nearby?

Answer

Absolutely! While the wedding is in Dutchess County, we also spend a lot of time in Orange County, NY, just across the river—and it’s full of great places to explore. Alyssa works in Middletown, so we’re out that way often and wanted to share some of our favorite spots. One we especially love is: 🍷 Christopher Jacobs Winery – Pine Bush, NY We have dear friends who own this peaceful, family-run winery, and it’s surrounded by gorgeous rolling vineyards and stunning views. The wine is delicious, and the people are even better—it’s the kind of place where you want to stay for hours. 📍 cjwinery.com More to check out in Orange County: • City Winery – Montgomery, NY Beautiful setting with wine, live music, and farm-to-table food. • Storm King Art Center – Cornwall, NY A world-class outdoor sculpture park set on 500+ acres of hills and trails. • Soons Orchards – New Hampton, NY A family farm with apple picking, cider tastings, and homemade treats. • LEGOLAND New York – Goshen, NY A fun option if you’re bringing little ones or just love a little adventure. • Brotherhood Winery – Washingtonville, NY The oldest winery in the country, offering tastings and guided tours. • Bear Mountain State Park Scenic trails, lake views, and picnic spots—great for a relaxing afternoon. • Angry Orchard Cider House – Walden, NY Tasting room, walking trails, and cider with a view!
