We have set aside blocks of rooms for June 3rd and June 4th (see hotels below). Please make your reservation for one or both of these evenings by May 1st.   

Sugarloaf Country Club is within a gated community.  When driving there, please allow a few extra minutes to get through the guardhouse; there may be a line of cars.  

Each hotel has limited shuttle service to Sugarloaf Country Club.  Please inquire when you check in.  In addition, Uber and Lyft drivers should be plentiful in this area for the 10 minute drive to Sugarloaf Country Club.

Transportation will be provided following the reception to take guests back to the hotels at 10:45 pm or 11:00 pm.
