Our favorite little town where we lived. Take a walk through Lighthouse Ave and the neighborhood, there are so many historic homes. Some of the homes have been remodeled into shops and restaurants. The bike/ walking trail also goes along this area and is absolutely breathtaking. Take a walk or drive up Ocean View Blvd. Recommendations: Alex's favorite coffee spot- Bookworks. Pavels (bakery), Crema, Il Vecchio, Beach house, just about any place on that street is delicious.
Take a drive up and down 17 mile drive, the views are so beautiful. You can even stop at The Bench in Pebble Beach for some lunch or Spanish Bay for some good apps and dinner with bagpipes playing at sunset in the courtyard. There is a $10 /per car (all-day) entrance fee for 17-mile drive.
