It all started junior year at UCSB in Intro to Ecology. By graduation day in 2017 it was history.

Kev followed Aly into the wine industry which provided a great opportunity to travel after college. And after working in Adelaide for 6 months, travel we did. First stop, Luna Park in Sydney Australia

Then we went on an adventure! Through Hobbiton and all throughout New Zealand in our trustee camper van.

Even survived tandem biking through wine country in Malborough.

Had a quick stop back home for the holidays at Carmel by the Sea before going back on the road.

We worked at Rustenberg Winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa

Worked hard...

But also had time to play in the great wine tasting region while we were there.

When work ended, we still had 2 weeks to enjoy and travel around the country. We checked out Blouberg which is known for it's iconic view of Capetown's Tabletop mountain shown in the background.

And also took a selfie with Blouberg in the background from the top of Tabletop mountain.

We also went on a not-so-luxury safari in Kurger National Park. The Dahl family was crazy enough to join us and this was the highlight of the trip.

Aly spotted lots of animals, like this giraffe in the distance. Kevin mostly spotted the back of Aly's head.

Then we came back to the States for good but the adventuring never stopped. Visited New York for NYE in 2019.

And Hawaii in 2022!
