Milwaukee Art Museum
Milwaukee's most iconic building - the Art Museum. You'll see stunning views of the lakefront. Be sure to check out the impressive architecture and art collection. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the wings open or close.
Milwaukee Public Market
An indoor market in the heart of the Third Ward neighborhood of downtown. Stop here for any type of food you want and Milwaukee souvenirs.
Summerfest
Summerfest is one of the country's largest music festivals and will be happening Labor Day weekend. Once you enter the festival grounds for $20, you will have access to 9 stages to see any type of live music you want. Check out the lineup here: www.summerfest.com
Lakefront Brewery
The iconic brewery in Milwaukee that you can't miss. If you have time, take the Lakefront Brewery tour and get fish fry on Friday night! Buy your $12 tickets on their website to cover the tour, 4 beers, and a free pint glass.
Discovery World
Discovery World Science and Technology Museum is one of Milwaukee's best things to do for children and families. It's right on the lakefront and has incredible views of the city and Lake Michigan.
Veterans Park
Walk through this downtown park to see amazing views of the skyline and feel like you're next to the ocean.
Wisconsin Cheese Mart
Stop by this cheese shop down the street from our venue to get all the free samples of WI cheese you can dream of! Then, bring some home to share with your friends and family!
Purple Door Ice Cream
Don't miss the best ice cream place in the city. While you're at it, walk past the Global Water Center down the block and check out the water park along the Menomonee River.
Old German Beer Hall
Kevin's favorite bar had to make it onto the list. You'll feel like you're in Germany with imported Hofbrau from Munich and great German food. This is a great place to hang out while you're waiting for our ceremony to start. It is just down the street from our venue.
The Iron Horse Hotel
It's worth stopping in the lobby of this biker- friendly hotel to see their cool display of motorcycles and have a drink.
Caroline's Jazz Club
Milwaukee has a few jazz clubs that are mostly local secrets. Caroline's is one of the best with it's old-time feel and great musicians.
Blu
This upscale bar located on the top floor of The Pfister Hotel has some of the best views of the city. You can pop in during the day or catch a jazz band at night.
