Maid of Honor
Chelsey is not only my sister but my best friend. I couldn't imagine my life with out her annoying me and making me laugh so hard that my stomach hurts. Growing up we always had each other to play stupid games. We loved to play witches in the backyard (and then our mom would yell at us to get out of the planters), to playing with our bunnies Buttons, Pebbles and Trix, or we would play in our room for hours with our Polly Pockets. Now we love hiking, shopping (a lot of shopping), sending each other bunny memes, or just sitting around talking. She is the most thoughtful, practical, passionate, persistent, and most stubborn person I know. I am so lucky to be able to call her my Mermaid Of Honor!
Best Man
I grew up with Danny on the same street and we have known each other over 10 years. He has always been like a younger brother that I had the privilege to mentor. We've traveled together to places like Hawaii and Oregon. He would come to visit me when I used to live in San Diego and still visits me today in San Jose. He is the easiest person to talk to and we can talk about everything and anything. He is also one of the few friends that took his hobby of flying and made it into a career as an airline pilot. With that he gets to travel all over the world but he still never forgets to check in or just see how I'm doing. Danny is very caring, never self involved & always shows an interest in others. I am fortunate to have him as my Best Man.
Bridesmaid
If I were to have a long lost twin it would definitely be Emmie. I met Emmie at Massage Envy back in 2011 and although we worked together we didn't become close friends until we both put in our 2 weeks the same day. Her and I are like two peas in a pod we love the same foods, activities, music, and clothes. My favorite is going over to her house to eat dinner (as she is a phenomenal cook) and playing pretend house with her adorable daughter. She is the most compassionate, ambitious, thoughtful and the best mom I know. I couldn't imagine my life with out my long lost twin.
Groomsman
I met Gouletas at USD as we were both accounting majors & were in the same rush class for Beta Theta Pi. From freshmen year of college on, we were always doing stuff together like going out on weekends in PB, to concerts in Chula Vista. We were always doing fun things. He had his wild, crazy and outgoing side as well as his even keel/responsible side! There was never a dull moment around Gouletas, he always knew how to keep the fun going. He has been always very easy to talk to, and good at giving advice. Gouletas has always been good at bringing me out of my comfort zone. I thank him for this because he is one of the reasons that made our college years a blast.
Bridesmaid
Aphrodite is my shopping and margarita lover! I met Aphrodite at BJ's in 2011 while in takeout. Ditty, Jorda and I are the three Amigas as they are both mistaken for sisters and I am just their white friend (LOL). Ditty makes the BEST margaritas EVER as she's always our personal bartender. She has taught me all about makeup so that way I don't look like a clown. Some of my favorite memories with Ditty were hanging out in Vegas and going to Disneyland. Either way she always knew how to have a good time. Her smile and laugh can brighten anyones day. She is lively, fun, and a compassionate person that I am lucky to call my friend.
Groomsman
Dean and I go back to our college days at USD. We met while taking the same business classes, as well as at fraternity rush events. We found out quickly that we both grew up in the San Jose area and enjoyed the same sports interests. From then on he has always been a dependable and worthy friend. Dean has always been outgoing, fun, confidant and easy to talk to. We've enjoyed many adventurous nights around San Diego (mostly Mission & Pacific beaches), going to sporting events, and being able to attend surprise birthday parties. Also during our post college years, living in close proximity (SF to SJ) has helped getting together that much easier.
Bridesmaid
Jorda is my ride or die when it comes to NHRA and heavy metal. I also met Jorda at BJ's in 2011 while in takeout. Our friendship started out as bar buddies but has grown into a lifelong friendship. She will call me from a concert just so I can listen to the music for an hour because she knew how much I love that band. One year we lived in the same apartment complex and we would hangout all the time. Most of the time our dogs played together, and then we would just sit around either eating/ drinking or doing both, and then sometimes we just took naps together haha. She is the most loyal, helpful, and caring person I know.
Groomswoman
Katie is the one cousin, almost like a sister, that I grew up the closest with. Being only 5 weeks younger than me, we did everything together. Whether it be spending time at our grandparent's house, going on family trips, talking about or relating to similar interests and both winding up in the same city (San Diego) during our college years. We've always looked out for one another, whether it be me helping her out when she locked herself out of her apartment, to her rushing to the hospital when I was in the ER. She has always been very caring, dependable, loving, humorous at times & very family oriented. I am very lucky to have someone like her in my life.
Bridesmaid
Sara is one of my younger sisters. I have watched her grow from 4 years old and now to an adult. She calls me all the time for life advice and it makes me so happy that we get to talk about life and all the problems that come with it. She is such a smart, courteous, and adventurous person. I am so proud of watching her grow into this strong and independent woman.
Groomsman
I met Byrne while attending USD (both business majors) & being a part of the same fraternity (Beta Theta Pi). We got to talking and found out we had a lot of the same interests, mostly enjoying sports. We always enjoyed nights out in PB or downtown SD, which got me to understand his fun loving, outgoing & care free personality. He was also one of those friends that brings out the outgoing nature, in people including me. It was never a dull moment around Byrne, which others can attest to, he made nights interesting, and college fun & exciting. Aside from all his craziness, Byrne has always been a good friend to talk to, if not confide in.
Bridesmaid
Aka my little Kit Kat is also my younger sister. I love spending one on one time with her as I always get the gossip and scoop of what has been going on. One time we paddled boarded in the marina just talking for what we thought was 45 minutes but was actually over an hour and half. Time flies when you are having fun with your little sister who is smart, confident, and levelheaded about life.
Groomswoman
Alex is one of my closest, younger cousins. We grew up together near the same area, and spent many holidays/birthdays together. Not to mention a lot of time was spent at our grandparent's house with her sister Katie. She has always been a great listener, very humble, kind-hearted & has a very accepting nature. We both lived in San Diego at the same time, and got to see and learn more about each other. I feel it wasn't until later on, around our college years, that we became closer on a personal level (our once always trio became more of a duo). Alex has always been dependable and a source of reliance in many aspects. I am blessed to have her in my life.
Jr. Bridesmaid
Rach is my baby sister. I have watched her grow from a newborn into this considerate, fun, adorable and witty girl. She loves to cook and bake which I love because I get to try all of her creations. If it wasn't for her I think the whole family would starve to death.
Groomsman
I've known Mikey for three years. One thing that we have in common is the Preston sisters. We have this understanding of each other as it is not always easy when it comes to those girls. We have spent a lot of time together traveling all over from San Francisco to Arizona and everything in between but most of the time when we hang out we just talk smack about the sisters. What started out as an obligated meet & greet quickly turned into a deeper friendship and I consider Mikey a little bro. He has always been easy going, humble, humorous and a big kid at heart who also loves the green Power Ranger.
