Question

Where are the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception taking place

Answer

The Ceremony is located on the main floor of the Hotel. The Reception will be just up the first flight of stairs and cocktail hour will be in the balcony above it!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Hotel is very formal so formal attire is recommended. The wedding takes place just before Christmas so feel free to dress in Christmas Colors!

Question

Where Should I Park

Answer

For Guests staying at the hotel Bethlehem: Self-parking for overnight guests is $10.00 plus tax per night. Valet parking for overnight guests is $15.00 plus tax per night. If you aren't staying over night, parking at the hotel is free. If the hotel lot is full, the Spring St. lot at the bottom of Main Street is free parking as well, and the hotel has a shuttle that runs to it. There is also metered parking on the street outside the hotel and parking garages at Walnut Street and North Street.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

“You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.”

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will be starting at 5:30pm so please plan to be early. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes prior to the start of the Ceremony!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
