Due to limited space, we kindly ask that guest do not bring a plus one unless previously discussed and approved by the couple. If approval has been given, you may bring ONE guest to the celebration.

As much as we adore your little ones, we kindly request that this celebration remain an adults-only event. Due to limited space, we wish to ensure that all our friends and family are able to join us in celebrating this special occasion.

Answer

For all guest staying at the Hilton Charlotte Airport, complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the Crystal Ballroom. All additional details will be provided upon check-in at the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, and once the doors close, guest will not be permitted to enter until it has concluded.

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPS must be submitted by November 14th. Once RSVPS close, we will not be able to accept additional responses due to limited space and final arrangements.
