4:15-5:00 pre-ceremony welcome and mingling; please arrive sometime in this window 5:00-5:30 ceremony 5:30-6:30 cocktail hour and passed hors d'oeuvres 6:30-11:00 dinner and reception ***Shuttles depart for the hotels at 9, 10, and 11pm*** RAIN PLAN: Bring an umbrella and a sunny attitude :) We have tents and other covered spaces throughout the yard, but be mindful of the weather as you plan your attire!
