As we are limited in the number of rooms that we can reserve in our room block at TOURISTS, we unfortunately won't be able to invite everyone to stay at TOURISTS. We will make it clear in your invitation if there is a reserved room for you at TOURISTS. Thank you for being understanding of the venue's limitations! Luckily, the other hotels are super close by and all the common spaces at TOURISTS are open to the public - so we can still hang all weekend!
We will make it clear on your invitation if you are invited to stay at TOURISTS. For those staying at TOURISTS, your room is already reserved under your name for both Friday and Saturday night (9/12-9/14) because there is a 2-night minimum. If you accept the invitation to stay at TOURISTS, please call the front desk at 413.347.4995 to confirm your stay and give your payment information. If you are unable to attend or do not wish to stay at TOURISTS, please let us know ASAP so that we can release the room to another guest. Thank you!
For guests who are not staying at TOURISTS, there are three hotels very close to the venue. From these hotels, we will be providing a wedding day shuttle service to transport you to and from the hotel and TOURISTS. If you would like to use our shuttle service, please reserve your accommodation at one of the following hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites Williamstown | Williamstown, MA The Porches Inn at Mass Moca | North Adams, MA Hotel Downstreet | North Adams, MA Howard Johnson While we wish everyone could stay the night at TOURISTS, the great news is that the communal spaces, surrounding property, and food/drink services at TOURISTS are all open to the public! So even if you aren't sleeping at TOURISTS, you can comfortably be there all day and into the night <3
TOURISTS has a public parking lot for hotel guests and vistors. However, the parking lot is small - so if you are not a guest at TOURISTS, you are encouraged to please park right across the street in the large Stop N' Shop parking lot.
For the wedding ceremony and reception, we have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the venue to various drop off points near guest hotels and airbnbs. Please go to the "SHUTTLE SCHEDULE" tab for the exact schedule.
While we anticipate that most people will be in semi-formal garden party attire, please wear whatever brings you the most comfort and joy! (That said, it's probably not the day to wear white...) The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so please wear/bring outdoor and dance-friendly shoes. We also plan to be up late, so if you want to join us, extra layers or a change of comfy clothes is encouraged.
If you are invited to bring a guest, it will be made clear on your invitation.
To allow our guests to celebrate without worrying about little ones, we politely request no children.
All of the food served at the wedding will be gluten-free - yay! (However, drinks, dessert, and after-party food may have gluten - so please check ingredients.) We will have vegetarian and vegan options available and labeled. Please note any other allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we'll make sure that you are well-fed!
