FAQs

Any other questions, feel free to reach out to Kevin or I!
Question

Will there be food at the welcome party?

Answer

There will be light bites provided! But please eat before if you’d like a full and filling meal. :)

Question

Will there be parking at the welcome party?

Answer

Street parking is limited so we suggest parking in the Church St. Garage (1 min walk to Heritage) or the Patrick St. Garage (5 min walk to Heritage).

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking for those who want to drive. Reminder that there’s a slim chance you’ll find an Uber from the venue back to downtown, so please take the shuttle (and specify in your RSVP) if you are planning on drinking!

Question

What is the transportation schedule?

Answer

Ceremony — shuttles will depart from both downtown Frederick (211 E Church St) and Hilton Garden Inn at 3pm. Reception — early departure buses will leave at 9pm and later departure will leave at 10pm from the venue back to your hotels.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party attire is dressy casual. Ladies—think sundresses, jumpsuits, cute top with skirt, what you would wear to your friend's baby and/or bridal shower! Men—think a nice button-down or collared shirt with pants. Ties/blazers are not necessary! Party will be outside so please dress accordingly. Ceremony is cocktail attire. Ladies—Elevated short to maxi dresses in Spring colors (if possible, not required)! Men—anything from casual/light-colored to dark-colored suits. Ties are optional. Most importantly, please wear what you feel most comfortable and beautiful in! Note for the ladies: Ceremony will be in the grass if weather permits so keep that in mind for your shoes.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Question

Who the heck is Chuck?

Answer

You will likely hear us talking a lot about Chuck. So who the heck is Chuck anyway? Short answer: We both are! Long answer: A couple years ago we were watching one of our favorite shows, Dave. There was one silly scene where two of the characters (Lil Dicky & Benny Blanco) became besties and started calling each other Chuck out of the blue. We thought it was funny and we started calling each other Chuck as a joke… and then it quickly became not a joke. So here we are! Chuck and Chuck.
