Is there going to be parking at the hotel?

Valet parking is included for all guests.

Yes, the wedding will take place in the crystal ballroom at the Mayo. The whole event will be indoors.

If the invitation you received includes a plus one, yes. If we made a mistake and did not include a plus one for you and we should have, please contact Sarah.

What time should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?

Seating will begin at 5:00 PM

Can I send an RSVP card or do I need to RSVP online?

Answer

Please RSVP online. We will send a card with a QR code that directly links to the RSVP page on this site. Scan the code with your phone camera, or click the RSVP tab above.

Am I allowed to bring children?

Answer

Yes! This is a family event. Though, we won’t have many options to keep them occupied or entertained, so please plan accordingly.

We will have a plated dinner - the exact dish is TBD. Please let us know if you have any allergies so we can accommodate.

Yes. Bar service will start during cocktail hour, directly after the ceremony.

How long will the event last?

The entire event will run from 5:30-10. You’re welcome to head up to the hotel’s rooftop bar afterward, though drinks will not be paid for.
