Since you've made it to our website, there is an RSVP tab at the top on the right hand side. Select RSVP and then type your first and last name in. You and your predetermined party should populate. Then just hit "will attend" or "will not attend."
The ceremony will only be for close family! Your invitation will either say ceremony and reception, or reception only. If you received a reception only invitation, then we are excited to see you at the after party!
To help with our planning, please kindly RSVP by September 25, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a “no.” This is because we have to give final numbers to the vendors in a timely manner, and we hope you understand.
We are registered on Crate & Barrel and Amazon. You can find those listed here on our wedding website!
We recommend semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Keep in mind that the wedding is at the end of October and may be chilly.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
The bridal party will arrive around 5:00 pm. Guests can begin arriving around 4:00. Drinks and snacks will be available at this time.
Guests can begin arriving at the ceremony location between 1:45 and 2:00. There will be designated parking for guests.
There are hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn in Defiance. The hotel rooms are under Ketcham-Barringer wedding. They have to be reserved in advance to get the discount.
