To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible! However, the deadline is December 18th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as a 'no' as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count promptly.
Our current plan is to have a short ceremony outside & reception inside, both at Della Terra Mountain Chateau. We also understand Colorado weather can change on a dime and will make a final decision the day of! Please dress appropriately and plan accordingly!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Your formal invitation will have the names of guests invited within your party. Thank you for your understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, we will be limiting children invited to those in our immediate families and wedding parties. All invited family members will be listed on your formal invitation.
Yes! Drinks will be on us for the entirety of our event. However, please remember you are drinking at an increased altitude; start slow, especially if you are traveling!
Semi-Formal: Dress to impress but feel comfortable! Suits and dresses are perfect for the occasion. Please also remember your coats and anything else to keep warm!
Due to limited interest, we will not be providing a shuttle at the end of the evening. Please note that Estes does not have taxi services, and Uber/Lyft availability is RARE to come by—especially late on winter nights. We kindly ask all guests to plan ahead, designate a sober driver, and ensure a safe trip back at the end of the celebration. Your safety means the world to us!
