Background Keston and Suhey were two busy professionals working in completely different fields in Chicago. He, a dedicated doctor, and she, a passionate lawyer. With no mutual friends and busy schedules, their paths were unlikely to cross. Yet in God’s perfect timing, they did. On July 30, 2022, they met in Church for the first time and immediately felt a connection. Afterwards, they grabbed sandwiches and spent over 12 hours at the lake. Since That Day… Their relationship has blossomed through their shared faith, a deep love for family, and a passion for exploring the world together. What they enjoy most is watching the sunset from different parts of the world. Together, they have seen the sunset in 10 different countries (and counting). So, when Keston proposed beneath the Eiffel Tower, in Paris, on June 13, 2025, it was a dream proposal for both of them. Rather than having a traditional destination wedding, Keston and Suhey are embracing a long-held dream of taking their family on a meaningful journey abroad and will be celebrating on an 11-day Mediterranean Cruise through Italy, Greece and Turkey. Their celebration is a tribute honoring the love and people who shaped them. On July 30, 2026, exactly four years from the day they first met, they will exchange vows at sunset during their port stop in Santorini, Greece, the very first country they traveled to together.
