Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

When you book using our link there will be an option to get a shuttle from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). However you can opt out of the shuttle and find your own transportation.

Do I have to stay at the wedding hotel?

Answer

We do ask that all our guests stay at Iberostar. We are planning some group events, and since it is an all inclusive guests need to be staying at the resort.

Can I leave early or stay later?

Answer

Yes! We will be flying in Wednesday October 14th and leaving Monday October 19th, so that is what our room block is for. However, if you want rooms outside of those nights you can contact our travel agent Kevin and he will assist you.

Are children allowed at the resort?

Answer

The resort is family-friendly; however, due to space and planning considerations, only children named on the invitation are invited to attend the wedding events. We truly appreciate your understanding.
