Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. The passport costs $130 and takes 6-8 weeks to process.

If you know you will be attending, please contact Rachel as soon as possible to reserve your room. She will walk you through your options of rooms types and confirm the dates you will be staying at the resort.

Is there a dress code for restaurants?

Answer

Yes, ladies should wear dresses, skirts, long pants, Capri pants, with nice shoes or elegant sandals, while men should wear long pants, collared shirts, formal Bermuda shorts, nice casual shoes or dress sandals. (no cut-off shorts or shirts, bathing suits, flip-flops, and/or baseball caps at dinner). This attire is not required at all restaurants.

Can I leave the Resort?

Yes, the front desk can provide transportation to any destination you choose for a fee.

Do I need to pay for food & Drinks?

Answer

No, all food, beverages, and cocktails are included with your room. Wi-Fi and nightly entertainment are also included. Feel free to bring $ for service tips and souvenirs at the gift shop.
