Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, which is less than a half mile from the Gala. Please reserve no later than October 1, 2024 to receive the discounted rate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional; we want you to get fancy! Any color is fine! Ladies-cocktail or floor-length dresses Gentlemen-tuxedo if you'd like, but a dark suit will do just fine

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:50 as the doors will be closed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a hotel shuttle to and from the Doubletree to and from The Gala. Guests will have to arrange for the shuttle service.
