Where exactly will the ceremony be?

Answer

The ceremony, as well as the reception, will take place in the banquet room on the far end of the Country Inn & Suites. If going thru the lobby doors of the hotel you would turn right and go thru the double doors where the room will be on your left.

How will the meal be set up?

Answer

The meal will be served buffet style! This way you will be able to pick and choose what you want and maybe try a little of everything!
