Lisa and Vadim first crossed paths at Shell Bowling Alley in 2009. Vadim left a lasting impression, but not a good one. Fast forward to 2015, Lisa was scrolling through Plenty of Fish and came across a cute guys profile so she sent him a message. They started talking on a Sunday about football and wings! When the cute guy asked for her number, Lisa gladly said yes! Then, THE text came through..."hey. its vadim btw." Lisa SCREAMED! She couldn't believe the nice guy she was talking to was the infamous Vadim! Fast forward to the Friday they were meeting at Bootleg Mannings. Lisa had second thoughts, and her mom said to cancel. Lisa said, "that would be rude" to which Dana replied, "I don't know how you're my daughter" Well, it's a good thing Lisa never listens to Mom, because here we are 5.5 years later!

Vadim knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Lisa but had to figure out the best way to surprise her. Secret trips to the jeweler, plenty of cigar purchases, a surprise party, and Mike Dixon’s water heater “bursting” threw Lisa completely off the scent. While Lisa and Vadim were at Dana’s house, Ashley was setting up the beautiful proposal scene back at their house. When Lisa walked in the backyard she was so overjoyed and of course said, “Yes!” ...and then asked if Mike’s water heater was really broken!
