If you reserved a seat on the shuttles, to follow is important information. If you did not request a seat, please contact Lori at 314-369-1060 to check space availability 5:00-5:10 p.m. Meet in the lobby of the Residence Inn O’Fallon no later than 5:10 p.m. to board and get seated. Shuttles will depart for the wedding venue promptly at 5:15. 8:00-11:00 p.m. If you need to return early, shuttles are scheduled to depart every 30 minutes throughout the evening. If your return is more urgent, please locate Lori to notify the drivers. 11:00 p.m. Final shuttles return to the Residence Inn FAQs: What if I’m not staying at the Residence Inn? We want all our guests to relax and safely enjoy this special day. You are welcome to ride the shuttle regardless of whether or not you are staying at the hotel. Where should I park? Parking is available at the Residence Inn and the Vantage Credit Union parking area (just across the street). Additional parking: Cracker Barrel RV parking area (back of lot closest to the hotel) Please no overnight parking What if I get thirsty on the 20 minute ride to Chandler Hill Vineyard? We sure don’t want that to happen. Complementary water will be available on the shuttles & you can also stop by the Kertzman Tooley Gathering Room at the hotel to grab beer or wine. What if I miss the shuttle? If you miss the shuttle you will need to drive or Uber to Chandler Hill Vineyard ~20 minutes from the Residence Inn. You can then return on the shuttle at the end of the evening. Would it be easier to just Uber to and from the wedding if I’m not staying at the hotel? While it would be easy to get an Uber to Chandler Hill, we hear that it can be very difficult to get a ride back at the end of the evening. Taking an Uber to the hotel and then using the shuttle service is a great idea if you don’t want to have to drive home after the event. Who do I contact if I have questions prior to the wedding?
