Train

Link Light Rail

We know car rentals and App Based Rideshares can get expensive, especially after flying. We took this into consideration when picking our dream venue and have an affordable and easy way for our guest to travel from the Airport to the Embassy Suites Hotel - The Link Light Rail! Get on the light rail at the airport (find airport map in link) and take the train to the International District/Chinatown stop. Once you get off, you just have to walk across 4th Ave to get to the hotel! Once you understand how to ride the Link Light Rail, we highly recommend using it to explore other areas of Seattle.

Rental Car

SeaTac app-based rideshare

App based rideshares (Lyft and Uber) and extremely popular and easily available here in Seattle. There is a designated area to meet your driver, so please view the link below for instructions on how to find that location. If you fly Delta, we recommended using Lyft and connecting your two accounts on Delta's website. You receive Delta miles for dollars spent on your Lyft rides (x2 when your ride is two or from an airport).

Hotel

Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square

This is this closet hotel to our venue, just a 6 minute walk. We will be hosting a welcome party with drinks and snacks at the hotel for out of town guest on Saturday night, and will have a time for breakfast Monday morning. Instructions: click the link to find the rooms we have blocked and received special rates for. The link will automatically select Fri-Mon, as that is the main nights we blocked the rooms for. There are a few additional rooms for Thursday night. You can adjust the dates as needed. If you need to book outside of Thursday-Mon, you may need to book by calling the hotel.
