Alessia and Kerryn share 28 years of friendship. From birth til now, they’ve made the most precious memories. Alessia has witnessed almost every milestone in Kerryn’s life, including the arrival of each of her brothers. Alessia happily joined Kerryn in nappy changing and bathtime. She's like the sister Kerryn never had. Here’s to another 28 years! Fun Fact: She's a whole lawyer!
Chad Southwood
Best Man
Chad is Murray's younger brother, they're three years apart. Many people know that Chad is the life of the party. There is never a dull moment when he is around; he rarely thinks about consequences and prefers a full-throttle attitude. He loves a beer or 7 and is the most generous person you'll meet! Fun Fact: He made a slam-dunk hole-in-one on the 9th hole at Mount Edgecombe Country Club!
Georgia Wright

Georgia and Kerryn met 23 years ago. Some of their fondest memories are in Knysna, boating, riding bikes, and having their first kisses. Since then, they've shared plenty of fun experiences like camping at Rocking the Daisies, a Post Malone concert, and snow skiing in Italy. Fun Fact: Champagne is her favourite drink. She will NOT celebrate anything without a bottle of bubbles!
Dean Blewitt
Groomsman
Dean is Murray's cousin and is like the leader of the boys in their family; he makes them laugh hysterically and partake in anything that could be the slightest bit embarrassing. Apart from his love for surfing, Dean is also a huge golf fan and has shared many rounds with Murray. Dean is like the older brother Murray never had, and has supported him and Chad through challenging times. Fun Fact: He still holds the under-11 800m cross-country record set in 2004 at Thomas Moore!
Tyla Bailey

Tyla and Kerryn met in grade 4. They've shared many family holidays and have performed countless dance shows while singing along to the Pussycat Dolls. From getting lost on the slopes in France to having their drinks spiked on a night out, they have plenty of stories to tell. Tyla has also played a big role in Kerryn's small business, which she is forever grateful for! Fun Fact: She loves all things adventure, especially near the ocean!
Liam Stuart
Groomsman
Liam and Murray met during their first year of studying and became best friends soon after. They spent nearly every day together navigating student life in Cape Town and working alongside each other at Hudson's. They drank a lot, had many parties, and considered themselves bad influences on one another. Fun Fact: Murray introduced him to his girlfriend of 8 years, Gemma!
Amanda Bruce
Bridesmaid
Amanda and Kerryn met in grade 3 and were reunited in grade 7 when Kerryn joined Crawford North Coast. They've been close ever since. Their highlight was living in Cape Town together while "studying" and heading up to Signal Hill at ridiculous hours in the night. Fun Fact: She earned her Honors degree in Psychology graduating cum laude, and received the dean's award. Turns out, the studying paid off!
James Bruce

James and Murray met through Amanda and Kerryn in 2020. They hit it off immediately! If they aren't "trading the DAX" or "joining the New York session", they're definitely on a golf course somewhere. You may not know James now, but you will be best friends by the end of the wedding weekend and probably get invited to his son's 2nd birthday party. Fun Fact: (If you don't know already) He played for the Sharks rugby team when he was 19.
Ciara-Ann Murphy

Ciara and Kerryn began their friendship in a history lesson when Ciara joined Crawford North Coast in grade 10. Since then, they’ve shared countless laughing episodes and nights out, often being asked if they were sisters. Ciara's parents have embraced Kerryn as their "fourth daughter" and we believe this will never change. Fun Fact: Apart from cheerleading at the IPL (cricket) for 3 seasons, she somewhat set Kerryn and Murray up in 2019. The rest is history…
Cae Erskine
Groomsman
Cae and Murray have known each other since high school. They lived together in Cape Town and did their best to find a joll-work-study balance. In the end, Murray finally earned his degree, and Cae finally earned Jade. Cae might be the only one who doesn't play golf, but he is probably the only one who can manage twin daughters and 3 dogs because "I am I" and "We are we, baby". Fun Fact: He hasn't had a drink since November... IYKYK.
Emma Tomlinson

Emma and Kerryn met on their families' annual Easter holiday to Umngazi around 2003. When Emma joined Crawford North Coast in grade 11, they bonded over their first “serious” boyfriends. Nowadays, they're catching up over a glass of wine (or two) in the beautiful St. Francis Bay while admiring her baby boy, Jettson. Fun Fact: She's the proud owner of a successful dance studio in Umhlanga with over 100 children attending her classes!
Steven Dent
Groomsman
Steve and Murray met in 2021 when he and his wife joined the motor yacht Murray and Kerryn were working on. It's safe to say that Steve wasn't getting a moment to settle in; Murray's enthusiasm sent them fishing two days later. Since moving to St. Francis Bay, Steve and Murray golf together regularly, and on the odd December night, they're at Billy's Beach! Fishing has taken a back seat. Fun Fact: He won the Eastern Cape Amateur Plate Division at the St. Francis Links, and Murray was his caddy!
