The most convenient location to fly into is Albany International Airport. If you'd prefer to arrive by train, there is Amtrak service from New York City and Buffalo directly to Schenectady. All accommodations are in close proximity to the New York State Thruway.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Schenectady. It's within walking distance of the church we're getting married in, a very short drive (or very long walk) from the reception venue, and steps away from plenty of bars, restaurants, and the Amtrak station!

The Landing is so nice! It's one mile from St. John the Evangelist Church, two miles from the reception venue, attached to a casino, and offers really great views of Mohawk Harbor. There's a brewery and wine bar within walking distance, and our wedding party will be staying here as well. This hotel is the most affordable choice out of the three blocks we have set aside. That's not because it's a bad place to stay — it's just further away from downtown Schenectady than the other options (driving time around 20-25 minutes). It's really close to the airport, so this hotel is a great choice if you have an early flight out of Albany.
