We are so grateful to our out of town guests who are willing to travel for us! The shuttle buses will be departing from the Allegria to Gatsby at 4pm and 4:30pm. An early bus for those who want to get over to the beach a little early and take some pictures before the ceremony and the late bus for those who want to arrive right on time. There will also be an early bus and a late bus at the end of the reception. Shuttles will be leaving at 10pm and 11pm from Gatsby to take guests back to the Allegria. We have reserved a group rate at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, NY. It is close to the venue and offers ocean views and a lot to do in the area. There are a number of hotels and Airbnb's located near the venue that are not listed below, these are just some of our suggestions. If you are driving to the venue, there is a large private parking lot, where you can leave your car overnight if needed. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area if you prefer.

Located ~18 minutes from the venue. We highly recommend this hotel because Long Beach offers some of our favorite bars and restaurants, a 2-mile boardwalk that is great for walking/running, and (of course) easy access to the beach. If you'd like to stay here, please book as soon as possible to ensure availability as there is no limit on how many people can book at this rate, unless the hotel sells out, at which time our block would be cut off. The block will also close 1 month prior to the date of stay. Our courtesy rate should be $339 per night. Reservations can be made online with our group code. Click book your stay in the top right-hand corner of the website. Enter dates of stay (our discounted rate will only populate for 9/5 and/or 9/6) and then click book your stay. Located ~19 minutes from the venue. This is a very nice hotel option but a little less to do for entertainment in the neighborhood. We do not have a block of rooms reserved here.

Located ~22 minutes from the venue. Rockville Center does have a nice downtown area with bars and restaurants but is a little further from the venue. We do not have a block reserved here.

We recommend flying into JFK because it is closest to the venue (~30 minutes without traffic).

LaGuardia Airport is also a great option for our out of town guests. It's about 40 minutes from the venue.

Long Island MacArthur Airport

MacArthur airport in Islip, NY is very small and also located about 40 minutes from the venue. While they have less flight options than the major airports, it's usually a very pleasant travel experience because it is so small and less crowded. Breeze Airways, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, and Southwest Airlines are the only airlines that fly here.
