We fell deeply for each other...fast. We met on Bumble. I swiped right...he swiped right. Before we met in person, we went old school and talked on the phone one night after we each tucked our kiddos in.  Waiting for my phone to ring made me feel like I was back in high school! I had butterflies during our entire chat, and we were each pacing around our houses while we filled each other in on the last 25-35 years of our lives. By the time we got off the phone, I knew that there was someone extraordinary on my path. For our first official date, he picked me up at my house in Louisville, and we walked down to Pica's where we sat in front of a table full of food that went completely untouched...We were so enthralled with one another, and we both knew that we were magic. It was when Mike met Birdie that I was able to see the future of us together as a family. The three of us stayed up way too late bouncing on our trampoline under the stars. The magic just keeps getting better...
