Austin and Amanda will be getting married at Landoll's Castle on September 2nd. They were limited to a certain capacity at the Castle Ceremony. BUT, they still want to celebrate their marriage with all of the people they love at their Happily Ever After Party on September 17th!
Once upon a time there was a filmmaker and an artist who fell in love and were destined to dream together forever. After meeting on a film shoot and becoming friends on Facebook, flirtatious smack talk began during a few Words With Friends matches. The smack talk lead to texting which lead to FaceTime dating in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Being physically apart didn’t stop these two from hitting it off and talking on the phone until 3am, always dreading the “goodnight.” Finally, when the state opened back up, Austin and Amanda were able to go out on their first date. They went hiking, got some Chipotle, watched the sunset and finished the night watching one of Austin’s favorite movies… La La Land. After the movie was over, Amanda turned to Austin and asked if there were any behind the scenes extras that they could watch. That did it for Austin… he started to think that she could be the one! About a month later, Amanda and Austin spent a day together. It started with strawberry picking and eating more Chipotle… but something happened during lunch that changed everything. Amanda asked Austin if she could pray before they ate. When she prayed, she not only prayed for the food but also their new relationship and that they would keep God first in it. That was the moment, where Austin knew that she was the one. It didn’t take much longer for Amanda to feel the same way about Austin. There was a beautiful fall day in Mohican State Park where both of them realized that they were going to get married one day… and that they would get married at Landoll’s Castle in Mohican. From that point on, there was nothing that was going to stop them from spending the rest of their lives together. They are so excited to continue this journey and keep walking the path that God is laying out for them.
