We're getting married!

It all started at Hampton University, where two strangers, Justin and Kerrington, crossed paths in the freshman class group chat — the Quintessence X GroupMe. Little did we know, that digital connection would set the foundation for a friendship that would last a lifetime. On our first day on campus, we finally met in person, and from that moment on, we were inseparable. For the next nine years, we built a bond founded on laughter, support, and unforgettable memories. Through late-night study sessions, spontaneous adventures, and countless inside jokes, we grew from friends into something more. Then, on January 1st, 2024, Justin asked me to be his girlfriend — making sure he'd always remember our anniversary. It was the perfect start to a new chapter. That same month, we went on a surprise date to the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, where we shared our first official outing together. That night also marked Justin's very first time at the Cheesecake Factory, and needless to say, it was a memory that will always be remembered. Fast forward to November 2024, Justin proposed at a Thanksgiving dinner, surrounded by close family and friends. In that moment, it felt like everything came full circle. A few months later, after a vacation to remember, we took the next big step — moving in together in March 2025. As the relationship grew, we decided to grow our family. In June 2025, we became dog parents to two adorable French Bulldog puppies, Rome and Apollo, who quickly stole our hearts and added even more joy to our lives. Now, as we take the final step in our journey — marriage — we are excited to share this beautiful chapter with all of you, our friends and family.
