Coors Brewing
See and taste traditional brewing in the Rocky Mountains! Since 1873 the Coors Brewery has thrived on a legacy of quality and innovation. The brewery experience includes a 30-minute self-paced tour highlighting their malting, brewing and packaging processes; followed by sampling of their beer. You also get a glass, which is nice.
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Park is open to the public from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset every day of the year. On concert days the Amphitheatre usually closes to the public after lunch for sound checks and other operational issues. There are park trails surrounding the theater that open one hour before sunrise and close one hour after sunset.
St. Mary's Glacier
Saint Mary's Glacier is a 1.9 mile out and back trail located near Idaho Springs, Colorado. It's a quick hike with incredible views.
Fourth of July Trailhead
For those who are staying a bit longer, this is our favorite trailhead.

Golden, Colorado is rich with culture, outdoor activities, scenic beauty, thriving businesses and friendly people. It offers residents and visitors an abundance of recreational, cultural and culinary opportunities. If you're looking for food - try D'Deli. Adult soda, Cannonball Creek.

The Source Hotel
This Market place is home to a few great restaurants and shops. We love Bellota for margaritas and tacos!
Green Mountain Trail
This is a great beginner hike with views of downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and the front range. Its just a 10 minute drive from the Red Rocks Hotel!
