Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we love including new friends and family. We respectfully ask for invitation only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty free parking at all event venues!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please come comfortable to dance, drink and eat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm so you have plenty of time to say hi to a few friends and find a seat for the 4:30pm ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for those staying on the resort. If you decide to stay off the resort, we ask that you plan ahead and arrange for your own transportation back to your lodging.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. When you RSVP and pick your dinner option, there will be options to select any allergy or food request you have.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we request that they stay home.

Yes, We have created a google doc sign up that will be sent to our wedding coordinator. Please put your name, phone number and email. Where do I book for onside housing?

Answer

The resort is half resort owned and half privately owned. You can go directly through Owls Nest Resort for booking or you can check out Bookings.com, Airbnb, VRBO and other private rental websites. Some options are available now so please take a look!
