Yes, there will be transportation to and from the wedding venue IF you are staying at Hotel at Old Town. There will be two shuttles to transport people to the venue and they will be leaving the hotel at 3:30pm. There will also be two shuttles to take people back to the hotel after the reception one bus leaving at 10:30pm and one at 11:00pm. However, these two shuttles will only hold a maximum of 70 people combined. Anyone else who is not staying at the hotel or does not wish to ride the shuttle may drive themselves to the venue. Uber will come out to the venue and guests are allowed to leave their vehicle in the parking lot overnight if they choose.
The dress code is dressy casual/cocktail attire.
All the rooms at Hotel at Old Town are booked. Any other guests are welcome to stay at Courtyard by Marriott at Wichita at Old Town (one block from Hotel at Old Town). We have an additional block of rooms at the Courtyard under the Whitney/Dirks wedding. It is 20 minutes to the wedding venue from both of the hotels downtown.
