Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20, 2025, using the link at the top of this page (see “RSVP”). Even if you can’t attend, kindly submit your response and select “Will NOT Attend” so we can plan accordingly.

What if I cannot attend the wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will NOT Attend" so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd yes, but find out that you will not be able to make it, please contact Emilee or Austin.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've secured a room block for guests at the Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown Raleigh. To reserve a room, please visit our "Travel" page, which can be found in the navigation pane at the top of this page. It can be difficult to get affordable Ubers outside of Raleigh, so if you're looking at alternative options, we recommend staying within the downtown Raleigh or North Raleigh area.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp. Guests can begin arriving at 4:30pm and we ask that everyone be seated no later 4:50pm. If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will not be seated until after the processional.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

There is free parking located directly across from the Merrimon-Wynne House, but we recommend Uber for those staying in Raleigh, especially if you plan to drink alcohol. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to Austin or Emilee if you have questions about who is included on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we recommend a jacket with or without a tie. For women, we recommend midi dresses or other semi-formal dresses. While these are our recommendations, we encourage everyone to wear whatever makes them comfortable, and most importantly, whatever they can dance in, but please, no jeans or khakis.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you'd like to contribute, you can find our registry in the navigation pane at the top of this page. Please know that gifts are never expected but always appreciated.

Do I need to indicate a meal preference when I RSVP?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style dinner with a variety of food options for guests to enjoy. Instead of selecting a specific meal when you RSVP, we ask that you indicate any food allergies. We will share this information with our catering team to ensure there are suitable options available for everyone.
