4:30pm — Guest Arrival (Guests arrive and find their seats by the gazebo for the ceremony)
5:00pm — Ceremony Start
5:30pm — Cocktail Hour in the Tavern and Gardens (Open bar and hors d’oeuvres are served)
6:30 — Reception Begins in the Ballroom (Reception begins in the on-site Ballroom with dinner, drinks, and dancing)
10:00pm — Grand Exit (Guests join the couple outside for a grand exit, and then the event ends)
