To reserve your room and guarantee the rate, your deposit of $250 CAD per person must be made no later than May 22, 2025. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular and sell-outs frequently; if you would like a room not noted in our current inventory, meaning it's not appearing when you go to the booking form, please get in touch with Carolina, our travel destination specialist, directly. Airport Transportation

Airport shuttle transfers to and from the resort are included in your Sunwing Vacation packages. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Punta Cana International Airport and drive guests to Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort & Spa. It is a 20 minute drive, make sure to grab a cerveza before getting on the bus! Information on shuttle transfers will be included in your e-docs which are issued about 28 days before departure.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended as soon as you complete your booking. You can purchase travel insurance through your insurance provider of choice. Sunwing offers an affordable travel protection plan called Sunwing Worry Free. This option will be available to add to your booking during the registration process. Please note, we can only offer it to a maximum of 10 passengers in this group. Limited quantities, first come first serve. To learn more, please visit the link below. NOTE: This has been maxed out.
