Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! There aren't any local hotels in Pittsboro, but we have a room block in Raleigh for all our guests. If you’d like to stay near our home and travel to the venue (~35 minutes), we’ve secured a block of rooms at the following hotel. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before September 25, 2020. Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m on October 24. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to make sure you have parked and are seated before we begin.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 24 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section here on our website.

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the cocktail hour will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on the front side of Chatham Mills and a gravel lot on the back side of the venue (closest to the ceremony and reception space-- look for the water tower!).

Are kids welcome?

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la! We love that you have a plus one! But in order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, an open bar with beer and wine, as well as a delicious buffet of City Barbecue's finest food and a wedding cake made locally by Baked by Billie! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for DJ Ones to help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon, and have a Zola online registry for our honeymoon fund and new home fund!
