The dress code is formal, but not black tie, meaning please where a suit, but it doesn’t need to be a fancy five-piece suit. We would just like everyone to look their best, not particularly fancy. While we are not picky on colors, we ask people to reframe from wearing white or any of its associated colors, cream, ivory, eggshell etc. We also ask to reframe from wearing pale yellow, pale pink, or red. If you are unsure if an outfit meets the dress code, feel free to message the bride or groom.
There are two places to park, one in the parking lot Infront of the venue in Fox Island Square. Though we recommend using the parking garage across the street because there is more parking available. All parking in both the lot and the garage is free.
We will be having an open bar from cocktail hour through the end of the evening with a break during dinner service. All beer, wine, and house liquors are free. However, anyone wanting top shelf liquor or specialty cocktails will have to pay for those drinks out of their own pocket.
No, we are not doing a shuttle. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest getting a lift and scheduling it ahead of time or carpooling with other guests.
Yes, we have a hotel block at the Holiday inn and Suites in St. Charels for more information check out the Travel page.
We suggest you get to the Venue at 2pm. The Ceremony will start around 2:30pm and the wedding will end around 9pm. (Check back latter to see the official schedule.)
The Venue is screened in patio that is temperature controlled. Ideally it will be a nice day, and the screens will be open, if not then the screens will be closed. Regardless of the weather the Ceremony and reception will be held in the same place.
We will not be implementing a no phone or screen ceremony. We are expecting our guests to be respectful, mature, keep their phones silent, and not stand or get in the way of other guests or venders to take pictures, and of course no flash photography.
