Question

Plus Ones?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with everyone, but please be aware that we did not give anyone “plus one” privileges. We would love to have that ability, but healthcare isn’t where they make the big bucks.

Question

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We are asking everyone to put away their electronic devices for the duration of our ceremony. We have paid good money for professional photographers and videographers, so don't mess it up! Bouncers will be on guard to relive guests of their temptations and/or escort them out.

Question

Kids?

Answer

Please note that is an adults only celebration. Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding

Question

Registry

Answer

If you feel inclined to give, we've set up a wishing well for contributions to help us continue building a life filled with joy. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute in another way, a gift to our future fund would be wonderful.

Question

RSVP dead line?

Answer

In keeping to a tight invite list, the RSVP dates will be Strict. All must RSVP by February 1st 2025

Question

Parking

Answer

Wheelchair accessible parking is in front of the venue. All other perking is across the street - Highway 8

Question

Bathrooms?

Answer

There will be a total of Five bathrooms available. Four within the wedding tent; One for wheelchair accessibility, up along the path to the Winery itself. If in need of an escort, please ask up at the Bar.

Question

Indoor Vs. Outdoor

Answer

Technically the whole venue is outside, so prepare for the heat! The ceremony is shaded, lawn games are not. Dinner, speeches, and dancing will be under the big top. PS. the dance floor is equipped with 6 fans!

Question

Booze?

Answer

We have opted for a liquor free wedding ;) No need to bring money.

Question

Hotels

Answer

We have called all of Picton and they are no-longer reserving blocks of rooms. We recommend staying at the Waring House or in one of the downtown Picton Hotels, as this is where we will have drop-off spots for the shuttles. The Waring House is old-school, which means we recommend calling their establishment for booking as their website may pretend they are out of rooms. It's a long-weekend in the summer, so BOOK IN ADVANCE!

Question

Shuttle?

Answer

You lucky bastards; seeing as there is no Uber and only 1 Taxi in Picton, we will be supplying a shuttle service to the Waring House and downtown Picton (walking distance to most boutique hotels). These will each have 2 drop off times: Early: 10:00 Late: 1:00am

Question

Dress Code

Answer

Ceremony: It's a Winery, figure it out... Dance: Bring flats and stretchy clothes!
