Do you need a Passport to Travel to Mexico? Will a Passport card be sufficient?

Answer

You need a valid passport to travel to Mexico, please check your expiration date as you need to have a 6 month Validity date from the day you return back to the US. The passport card is only good for land entry, not air.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Secrets is an Adults Only Resort. Must be 18 yrs of age.

Do i have to Stay at Secrets Resort?

Answer

Keri and Steve have rooms blocked for this resort. If you choose to stay at another resort, additional fees to access the Secrets property do apply if you are not a guest at Secrets Vallarta Bay. In addition, Secrets will have time restriction on the length of stay for that days event.

Do I have to use your Travel Agent?

Answer

What if a Room Category is no longer available through Island Vows website?

Answer

Please reach out to Cherie, as she booked a variety of rooms, a particular room Category may book up faster than others. The earlier you engage Cherie she can try to accommodate your requests Select ‘other’ on the drop down and add a note which category you would prefer and Cherie will be able to arrange for you.

Should I get travel insurance and add round trip transfer?

Answer

We recommend insurance. However, that is a personal preference The round trip transfer of $40 per person is a great deal and very convenient.

What does the room rate cover?

Answer

The room rates which i will add as another faq, is per person per night. this include all meals Multiple restaurants, top shelf alcohol, entertainment, tips ( we always bring extra tip money for the local staff, they are such hard workers and will cater to your every need)

Does the pricing include Flights?

Answer

No, it does not include the flights. If you need help arranging your flights please contact Cherie and she will be happy to arrange when flights become available. Many people like to use their credits, flight miles, and prefer certain airlines over others. The arrangements are made so far in advance flights are unable to be booked. Good news … May is low season, you should be able to find affordable flights.

What happens after I put down my deposit?

Answer

You will receive a confirmation email approx. 48-72 hours. There will be a link in the email for future payments. You can make as many payments as you choose. Cherie will also send an invoice when payment becomes due. Please keep in mind the final payment due date.

Covid Teat requirement

When is the last day I can book the reservation ?

The RSVP is March the 4th, however you can book until March the 10th but payment will be due in full upon booking at that time.
