Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be indoors. There will be a brief walk between the ceremony space at Strasenburgh Planetarium and the Cocktail Hour/Reception at the Rochester Museum & Science Center. The way is a paved sidewalk.
Parking is allowed in the parking lots of the museum free of charge. However, no overnight parking is permitted. Please see the Gallery tab for a map of the Museum grounds
Guests are free to explore the entire museum during both cocktail hour and Reception. The Wonders of Water exhibit is the only exhibit where beverages and food are NOT allowed. There will be a table outside of that exhibit for you to utilize.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire
Feel free to take photos/videos of the night. However, please be mindful we have hired a professional photographer for the event.
There are ramps to both the Planetarium and Museum Buildings. There are elevators which allow access to all the floors of the museum.
