We met on the very first day of college in an intermediate Spanish class! Throughout that semester, we worked as partners on group assignments for this class, which, funnily enough, often involved asking get-to-know-you questions, dating questions, and discussing life goals in Spanish. Jackson had to help Keri throughout the class, as her Spanish is... subpar to say the least. By the end of that semester, our professor pulled Keri aside and told her that there was "something special" between us. We had realized this as well and began dating around that time. We consider our Spanish professor both a great teacher and matchmaker (:
