FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If your invitation includes a plus one, you'll see their name (or "Guest") listed under your name when you RSVP on our website. If no additional guest appears, your RSVP is for you only. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best semi-formal attire. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or chic jumpsuits are all great choices. Heels, wedges, or formal flats are perfect. Kindly avoid wearing white, cream, or eggshell (for women), as we'd love to keep those shades reserved for the bride. For men, dress slacks with a button-down shirt or a dress shirt and blazer are ideal. Please avoid wearing jeans or casual shoes such as sneakers, athletic shoes, or open-toed shoes (for men). We can't wait to celebrate with you and appreciate you dressing thoughtfully for the occasion!

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Please note - the weather in March can be unpredictable. We recommend you dress comfortably and consider the weather when choosing your attire. In case of unexpected weather, we will have a covered backup plan to keep everyone dry and comfortable - rain or shine, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (3:30pm) to find parking and your seat.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is February 10th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held on-site at Maple Roe.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We've put together a registry with items we'd love as we start this next chapter together. You can check it out by clicking the "Registry" tab at the top of the page. We are also registered at Cloud Nine. Thank you so much for your generosity and support, it truly means the world to us!

Question

Will parking be accessible?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site at the venue.

Question

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore children, our wedding will be adults-only. Only children in our family, close family friends, or in the wedding party who are named on your invitation under your RSVP are invited. We appreciate your understanding!
