Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with you, so please RSVP by Friday, January 31st, 2025, to help us finalize the details for our wedding. You can conveniently RSVP online right here on our website!

Question

Travel Reminder

Answer

If you're staying in Charleston or traveling from Walterboro, please allow about an hour of drive time to reach Edisto Island and plan accordingly for potential traffic. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 4:30 PM to be seated and enjoy the prelude!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're so grateful you're thinking about gifts for our upcoming wedding! We've created a registry fund with Zola to help us get started in our new life together.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're planning a semi-formal celebration, striking a balance between elegant attire and relaxed chic. Comfortable footwear is recommended, especially as we'll have some grassy areas.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations are tailored to accommodate our venue's capacity. If your invitation does not indicate a "plus one," we kindly ask that you join us solo. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this day with you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love little ones, we've decided to have an adults-only celebration for our wedding day. We hope you understand our decision to create an evening focused on celebrating with our adult friends and family.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've curated a selection of hotels near the wedding venue on our Travel page. This page offers options for different budgets and styles, to help you find the perfect place to stay during your visit.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to ensure everyone enjoys a delicious meal at our wedding. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP using the dietary preference section. We'll create a meal option that accommodates your needs.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available within Beckett Plantation, where designated helpers/drivers will be on hand to transport guests to the residence where the wedding ceremony will be hosted. Your convenience and comfort are our priority, and we look forward to welcoming you to this special celebration!
