Train: You can take a train (NJ transit) from New York City to Spring Lake, NJ (~1 hr and 50 min). Uber/Drive: Spring Lake is 40 miles from New York City (exit 98 on the Garden State Parkway) (~1 hour and 20 min). For those flying in, Newark airport is the closest airport and you can either rent a car, take an Uber/taxi or train down to Spring Lake, NJ.
