We're getting married!

They met on the first day of high school and spent many years in the same friend group before growing very fond of one another. While Kaylee was away on a choir trip, she had a friend “shoot her shot” on her behalf. Ben was interested, and from that moment on, everything changed. They have communicated, loved, and even argued through four and a half long years of long distance while finishing their fifth year of college. On December 23, 2025, they got engaged—and the rest is history.
