Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue. However, we will also provide shuttle services to/from the recommended hotels to ensure all guests are able to travel safely!

How will the shuttle buses work?

Answer

One shuttle will pick guests up from the Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond Short Pump, and 1 shuttle from the Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch at 2:30 pm on the wedding day. The shuttles will arrive at the venue at 3:00 pm. Both shuttles will be prepared to bring guests back to these two hotels at 10:00 pm at the end of the event. If you are staying at another hotel and would like to use the shuttle, we recommend Ubering to either hotel before the time of pick-up. Uber also services the venue if that is more convenient for you!

Is there any alternative transportation options?

Answer

Uber does make trips out to the venue for those who do not want to take the shuttles or drive themselves. This may also be a convenient option for those who may want to leave earlier in the night! The owner of the venue recommends scheduling an Uber ahead of time if you know you will be using their services the day of.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want all our guests to feel comfortable and beautiful on our day! We ask that people avoid wearing jeans/more casual attire. Otherwise any type of dress, men’s dress pants/shirt, or suit/tux are fabulous!
