If you choose to stay at either of our selected hotels, we are offering a shuttle service that arrives at the Oneida Hotel at 2:30 and 3:15. We are also offering a shuttle service from the Comfort Suites Hotel at 2:45. The shuttle will take two trips home after the reception at 10:00pm and 11:00pm. If you choose to drive yourself, there is a parking lot at the venue. Cars cannot be left overnight at the venue. If you are not staying at a hotel, please carpool or use a rideshare app if you plan on really enjoying the party!! If you decide to join us at the afterparty, there will be an option to remain on the shuttle and be dropped off at D2 Sports Bar. The shuttle will remain on site and bring guests back to the Oneida Hotel at 1:30am.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that everyone arrive around 3:30 pm so we can start on time.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. This includes mid/full-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women. Dress pants and a button-down shirt with a jacket or blazer; ties are optional but welcome for men. Please no crop tops, jeans, or sneakers. Please feel free to wear any color other than white! The bridesmaids will be wearing black!
We would like everyone to RSVP by 06/01/2026. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on our website.
The Welcome Party is a chance for us to connect with our guests and spend quality time together before the wedding day. We'll have beer and seltzers available, as well as a light dinner. The pool will be open for anyone who'd like to take a dip!
Garden party attire—florals, light colors, sundresses, dressy separates, button-downs, and sport coats are all great choices. Think polished, comfortable, and ready to celebrate outdoors!
We have listed the location of the wedding on the invitations and our website. The Green Bay Botanical Gardens is a public Botanical Garden, there will be signs directing our guests to the ceremony at the Johnson Woodland Garden. There will be signs and workers to direct guests to the cocktail hour and reception, also at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow! We ask that you dress accordingly. An indoor reception will follow. Please plan accordingly with your footwear, as the ceremony will take place in a wooded area.
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand!
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Remember to tip your bartender!! Our venue does not offer shots or drinks on the rocks.
We want this night to feel like the biggest celebration of our love. We hope you join us on the dance floor! The DJ will be playing dancing music!
Yes! After the wedding, we plan on going to a local bar called D2 Sports Pub.
Join us the morning after the wedding for a casual brunch and one last chance to celebrate together before everyone heads home. We’ll gather at the same location as the Welcome Party to enjoy good food, great company, and share stories and memories from the wedding day. The pool will also be available for anyone who would like to take a swim or relax poolside, so feel free to bring a swimsuit and towel if you’re interested!
Casual and comfortable! Feel free to come as you are—think shorts, jeans, sundresses, T-shirts, sandals, or other relaxed weekend attire. If you’d like to enjoy the pool, don’t forget to bring a swimsuit and towel.
